Virtual Workshop

Do you ever wonder why your faith and spiritual practices feel like they’ve stopped “working”? Do you wonder why God suddenly feels distant when nothing outward has changed? Do you wonder why you feel restless and unsatisfied even though you have so much to be grateful for?

The good news is: you’re not doing anything wrong. You simply haven’t been taught to navigate the various stages of your spiritual journey.

Throughout the centuries, Christians have described these stages in the spiritual journey in different ways. Saint Teresa of Ávila, a 16th-century Carmelite nun, offers a framework for explaining the internal shifts we experience on the spiritual journey that we often have a hard time making sense of.

In this workshop, we’ll explore Saint Teresa’s unique map of the spiritual life; touch on several frameworks which help us make sense of the spiritual journey; engage in contemplative practices; and have time to reflect, share and ask questions.

If you want to…
•go “deeper” in your faith by studying the Christian mystics
•make sense of why your spiritual life feels “stuck” and how to get it moving again
•learn how to better navigate your spiritual journey
…this workshop is for you.
