Healing What’s Within equips us to identify how we are disconnected internally and externally, the meaning we’ve made for ourselves from these broken places, and guides us back home to ourselves, God, and each other.
Chuck DeGroat provides a well-grounded, understandable framework, coined “The Genesis Examen,” upon which we can engage in reflection and prayer practices that support healing what's within.
