Virtual Sessions

Enter into the season of Lent with Dr. Chanequa Walker-Barnes' book Sacred Self-Care: Daily Practices for Nurturing Our Whole Selves. This book offers a fresh and faithful perspective on spiritual practices and their intersection with our self-care.

Alyssa Bell will host lunch-time reflection sessions during the weeks leading up to Easter, where we will share our experiences of the book and its suggested rhythms. Participants are invited to engage in as little or much of the practices and book as is helpful to them. This is meant to be a time for intentional, grace-filled communion with Jesus and his Spirit.
