Virtual Workshop

Emotions are embodied events. When we choose to welcome rather than exile them, emotions and sensations are the way our body communicates profound wisdom to us.

In this 90-minute workshop, participants will learn a body-based model for compassionately noticing, feeling, and learning from their emotions. The workshop will conclude with a guided meditation, during which participants can practice listening to their body’s wisdom through emotions.
