Clear-Center-Connect...

This phrase is shorthand for how embodiment practices impact us from the inside-out. They clear away the clutter and chaos of life. Our minds are where much of our fears, frustrations, anxieties, worries, etc. reside; which is why getting in our bodies helps melt those away. As we get clear, we center within our True Self. From this grounded place, we are able to freely connect with the gifts of our True Self, others, creation, and Something Bigger Than and Beyond Ourself.

Why are our bodies called temples?

Perhaps it’s because they’re like old-school TV antennas, only meant to be attuned to the divine signals of joy, peace, wisdom, and love. We often consider that our spiritual lives and physical bodies are to be lived separately. Yet, we suffer from living in this disconnected way. Our bodies are our homes for life - how to we tend them consistent with them being temples?

Movement is Medicine

Join Lang Charters in this workshop to begin to heal from the inside-out by unwinding your mind, opening your heart, and releasing the issues in your tissues.

We are all part of one human family, so sharing and connecting with others, while also moving in an embodied way, feels so wonderful.

What to Expect?

In a space with no anticipation or judgment, attendees will be invited to share arriving together, moving and breathing together, and honoring the time together. Regardless of your experience coming into this practice, you will be met with gentleness and compassion as we engage together in Clearing, Centering, Connecting together.
